I decided that I wanted to use motifs from a kit I purchased a while ago as part of the necklace I'm working on... But I can't find the kit instructions, or the half-completed item for a little reverse-engineering! I can't really get away with tearing the house apart looking for them, because after all, I'm supposed to be cleaning, not making a bigger mess.
Don't you hate it when mundane reality stands in the way of your inspiration?

ReplyDeleteMarilee, I hate that. I used to lose them all the time when I wore them a lot. Now I wear them rarely, and they go right into a jewelry box when they come out.
This is the first sterling pair I could afford to buy when I was young, which is why I keep looking. When I got ready for bed Saturday night, I reached up to take them off and the right one was gone. I've been through my clothes, the bed, and the recliner/duvet/pillow, so I don't know if I'll find it.
