This gorgeous carved shell dragon was the surprise in my mail that I mentioned several posts back. Thank you, Marilee!I love the transition from dark to light, and the iridescence that the photo only hints at. Actually, I'm pretty happy with this photo, too. It really captured all the details of the carving. I'm really looking forward to designing with this piece.
I don't have a lot of time to blog right now, as I'm still packing and preparing to move. But guess what? I'm a homeowner now! I have KEYS! It's very awesome, and a little hard to believe.
