Magic for the Holidays

A collection of magical gifts from FAETeam.

Yet another week with no treasury features for me. I think I'm going to pout! Well, not really. Everyone's pretty busy getting ready for the holidays now. I almost didn't even make a treasury yesterday but I had a few spare minutes so I came up with an easy theme and it pretty much built itself.

  1. I have things from two of those -- Beadmask (4x3) and SplendidFish (2x3).

    (got three openid errors)

  2. Cool! I knew you had one of Andrea's masks, but what do you have from Splendy? He's one of the few men on our team ;)

  3. He called it Homage to the Moon, and I can go with that as much as an odd spaceship.

I have more than masks from Andrea, I have purple & red bat hairclip sets, they always surprise people.

    (still being annoying)

  4. Oh, I remember that one from his shop. It's very pretty! I love his work.

Have you ever seen the Courtney Crumrin comics? The heroine wears bat hairclips, too.

    Sorry about OpenID.

  5. OpenID's not your fault! No, I haven't seen that comic. Are other characters surprised?

(Wow, this is a long time)

  6. No, it's not my fault but I'm sorry anyway!

The character is a little Goth girl so I guess everyone expects her to wear bat hairclips. Some people do pick on her for being a Goth, though.

  8. Yes, but not very scary. It's for a YA audience, but I read it anyway because I like the faeries and the artwork. "The Fire Thief's Tale" is my favorite one, it has gypsies :)
